Free Online Quote (step 1)
We provide a free secondary glazing quote by way of correspondence.
This usually involves a brief phone call to better understand your requirement and to explain the quote process.
Upon receipt of basic dimensions, photos and room names (as per a simple guide), we prepare you an itemised estimate as well as a detailed specification and report. We will also then post you out a sample pack.

Precision Survey (step 2)
Should you later decide to accept our quote, we then visit to undertake a Precision Survey, which is where we take a detailed set of measurements.
Each window is laser measured to capture individual dimension, slant and rotation (especially important for older period properties).
Our proprietary software checks for errors and validates window geometry, helping to ensure a perfect fit, every time.
Fully trained staff are on hand to talk you through any potential snags and fitting options.
Survey Review & Sign-Off (step 3)
Completed Precision Surveys undergo a two stage review by the Surveyor and Sales Team.
A revised estimate is presented for final sign-off, before we can enter production.
It is at this point that final options such as panel thickness, splits and colour matching is chosen.
We also use this opportunity to assist you with any queries you may have.
Production Build (step 4)
All our made-to-measure WindowSkins are manufactured in our North London workshop.
Our proprietary software and labelling system helps to ensure that every panel conforms to it’s corresponding specification, thereby avoiding error and delay.
Typical production time is three to four weeks (colour matched panels may take longer).
Installation (step 5)
At a time of your convenience, our Fitters will come to your home and install your new WindowSkins.
Normally this is completed within a day, with minimal disruption or noise.
Our expertly trained staff have practical workarounds for all manner of fitting problems, such as obstructing hardware, irregular formwork or enabling existing shutter operation.
For quality assurance, we avoid the use of third party sub-contractors.
